In June, 2015, Eagle Mountain experienced its largest volume of existing home sales in the past year. Total existing home sales volume for the month topped $19 million with an average sales price of $231,756, the highest in the past 12 months. June’s total sales volume crushed the previous high in March, 2015 of $14 million. Existing home sales by month were as follows:
Over the past year, existing home sales volume totaled $129 million for an average home sales price of $206,741 for the 626 homes sold.
